To subscribe or unsubscribe to/from newsletters you just need to log in to your account profile (MY ETHICSPORT/ Log In) and then access to the “Change subscription to newsletter” section. Alternatively, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter(s) you receive by clicking on the unsubscribe link you find in the newsletter itself.

To add products to your Wish List, you just need to go to the product page and click on the heart-shaped icon called WISH LIST under the name of the product. You will be able to see your Wish List by accessing to your account profile. 

То change your personal details you just need to log in to your account profile, then you will be able to see and change your details, your address book, newsletter subscriptions and you orders.  
 

You may cancel your purchase contract without any penalty and without explaining the reasons for it within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods.  
You will have to inform us sending an e-mail to: acquisti@ethicsport.com or calling our headquarters in Italy: (+39) 0541 607325. You must also return the Products to us, within 14 days from the day on which you notified us about your decision, in the same condition in which you received them (which does not interfere with your right to take any reasonable steps to examine the Products and make sure they conform to your order). You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right to deduct the cost of any deterioration, up to the price of the Product, from the refund to which you are otherwise entitled.
To return the Products, you should package the parcel securely (making sure you include a note of your name and address inside the parcel) and then you shall contact us to arrange the collection of the parcel. 

Shipping costs for the return of goods are on ES Italia Srl: we will send our courier to collect the goods. 
Once we have checked the full respect of all of the above, we will refund the price of the products in full, including shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be made with bank transfer and in this case, you will have to send us your bank details (IBAN, SWIFT, BIC code) in order for us to be able to make the bank transfer.  

For online orders, we accept the following payment methods:

Orders are shipped with express couriers. Delivery times can vary from 3 to 7 days working days from order shipment in Europe. Please allow up to 15 days for international orders.  

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when placing the order and they will be visible before you confirm and pay your order.

Most of the EthicSport products are suitable for vegetarians and some of them also for vegans. On each product’s page, you can find the Vegetarian or Vegan logo, according to the type of product.  
 

No, not all EthicSport products are gluten-free, but lot of them are. To find out all the gluten-free products, please go to the online shop and tick the option “GLUTEN FREE Products”.

To find out the nearest shop/pharmacy to you, which sells EthicSport products you can have a look at our Dealers section. If you cannot find a shop near you, or simply prefer to have the products delivered to your door, you can buy them on our online shop. 

All EthicSport products have been duly notified to the Italian Ministry of Health. Moreover, all the ingredients in ES products are of pharmaceutical quality, which is guaranteed by microbiological and chemical-physical COA.  
All ES products have been developed after a careful evaluation of the latest findings in sports nutrition, taking into consideration the biochemistry of the human body. Before introducing it on the market, each batch of ES food supplements has been preventively tested by the Public Health Laboratory of Florence, Antidoping department, and is tested free from nandrolone and testosterone with their precursors (anabolic steroids), free from amphetamines, ephedrines (stimulants) and β2-agonists, which are all banned by the current anti-doping regulations.

Please remember that a varied, healthy and balanced diet is fundamental to perform at your best. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes of a proper diet, but they are developed to optimize it.
