Indications
Suggestions: since each individual is different metabolism under excercise has a different response to energy food, it is recommended to optimize bar consumption first during training, and afterwards in competitions. ENERGY GOLD bar is recommended to provide solid energy before and during training. It provides excellent rapid and sustained energy. New Energy bars are highly digestible, great-tasting, very easy to chew and keep their features unaltered even in critical situations.
Instructions for use
Before:
Eat 1 ENERGY bar about 60-90 minutes before the beginning of sports activities, with about 1 glass of water.

During::
Long races: consume 1 ENERGY bar at regular intervals of about 1,5-2 hrs in the fist part of the competition or training with some water or Performance Sete
Medium-length races: consume 1 ENERGY bar at about half of the training or competition, with some water or Performance Sete.

Almond paste (38%) (sugar, almonds, water, humectant: sorbitol, syrupvinvert sugar, glucose syrup, humectant: invertasi), orange paste (24%)v(orange juice, glucose syrup, acidifier: citric acid, vegetable concentrate (carrot, radish, apple, blackcurrant, pumpkin), stabilizer: pectin, natural aromas, acidity regulator: sodium citrate, antioxidant: L-ascorbic acid), rice crispies (22%) (rice flour, sugar, barley malt extract, salt), candied orange (9%) (rind orange, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: Sulfur dioxide), dextrin, rice flour, wafer (potato starch, water, vegetable oil sunflower seeds), preservative: potassium sorbate. Contains gluten and nuts. May contain traces of soy, milk and other nuts.
