ENERGY bars have been developed for people who play sports. ENERGY SPECIAL is an energy bar with sequential carbohydrates from nuts, seeds and cereals. This specific formula provides the body with rapid and sustained energy. It is recommended especially for endurance sports, but is perfectly suitable for all sports. It contains no preservatives and colourings, is highly digestible and easy to chew. ENERGY SPECIAL has a sweet-savoury flavour, which makes it different from standard energy bars and it also keeps its texture unaltered even in critical climate conditions.


 
Indications
Suggestions: Each person have their own different absorption times and energy needs, according to their metabolism and level of training. Therefore, for optimal effectiveness during competitions, it is recommended to take ENERGY SPECIAL first during training sessions. ENERGY SPECIAL is useful to provide energy before and during exercise. It allows for quick and sustained energy release and is easy to chew and digest.
Instructions for use
Before:
Eat 1 ENERGY bar about 60-90 minutes before the beginning of sports activities, with about 1 glass of water.
-
During::
Long races: consume 1 ENERGY bar at regular intervals of about 1,5-2 hrs in the fist part of the competition or training with some water or Performance Sete
Medium-length races: consume 1 ENERGY bar at about half of the training or competition, with some water or Performance Sete.
Ingredients
Peanuts (39%), rice syrup, rice crisp (rice flour, sugar, salt), almonds (10%), sesame (5%), chia seeds (2%), pistachios (2%), sunflower oil, salt, natural olive extract. May contain traces of other nuts, milk and soy
