Indications

ENERGIA RAPIDA PROFESSIONAL® is beneficial for use when a rapid and sustained supply of energy is required. Taking carbohydrates on board (approximately 30-60g carbohydrate every hour in sports lasting 90 minutes or longer) during endurance sports is important to prevent loss in energy, reduced pace and power, decreased focus and concentration and to prevent the development of exercise induced hypoglycaemia.

Instructions for use

We recommend 1-3 packs per day. Consume one when required, prior to the onset of fatigue, preferably within 60 minutes of sustained endurance activity. We recommend consuming this product with some additional water.

Sulle lunghe distanze porto con me per una mezza maratona o maratona i gel comodi e pratici Energia Rapida Professional, li dove le mie scorte energetiche stanno per esaurirsi prendo il mio gel ricco di Caffeina e potassio e vado fino alla fine! Non potrei stare senza, adoro il gusto Lime ma anche Arancio è molto gradevole e non mi ha mai creato "disturbi".
Facile l'apertura durante la gara pratica e maneggevole!
