What is the difference between Extra Shot and Energia Rapida +?

ExtraShot Energy is a group B vitamin food supplement, with Taurine, Caffeine and Glucuronolactone. Vitamins B1 and B3 contribute to normal normal energy-yielding metabolism, whereas folic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The product contains also guarana, which has a tonic effect on the body. Caffeine (200 mg/dose), which is contained in this product, contributes to increase mental lucidity and improve concentration. This product is recommended to rapidly supply the body with energy in order to contrast temporary energy dips; it creates an immediate and effective energy response also during critical situations. This product does not contain gluten (Gluten Free), therefore is suitable also for people suffering from celiac disease or gluten intolerance.

Usato prima di una gara di Ultra Trail, l'Alvitrail da 60km e 3.300m d+, ho avuto l'energia giusta per affrontare le pri 5 ore di gara, naturalmente alimentando i ai ristori. Gran prodotto lo consiglio vivamente. Io l'ho preso circa 25/30 min. Prima della partenza.
